OrderQuaint location in downtown Chickamauga right beside an ice cream shop (which I also recommend). The food and service were wonderful. I got the house salad and one of the jackets (loaded baked potato), and I was impressed with the quality of the food. The owner was also present throughout the night checking up on tables and asking how the food was. I'll be back.
The food was very flavorful. I had the loved and rubbed and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The smoked Gouda pimento cheese and bacon aioli jam made it over the top good. The street corn was really good too. My wife avoids gluten dairy and soy. They were very helpful and the owner even helped us decide what would be good. They are working on more options but since it was lunch she decided to go with the chopped brisket salad. It was very good. She had vinegar and virgin olive oil for her dressing. The servers were very attentive and sweet.
Great atmosphere, delicious food, and very friendly staff. My goal is to try everything on the menu!!
